The 黑料社 application portal is now open to international applicants for the Winter 2026 and Fall 2026 terms.
黑料社 welcomes students from more than 70 countries around the world each year. As part of our commitment to ensuring our student body remains vibrant and representative of different cultures and backgrounds, we have established strategic enrolment targets based on “Country of Citizenship.” 黑料社 considers many factors when setting strategic country enrolment targets, including program availability, visa processing times and approval rates, under-represented regions, diversity of the student body, and more.
Note: Due to the high volume of international applications received, you can expect to receive updates regarding application status within 6 - 8 weeks from the date your application is submitted.

Select a Program and Campus location by researching options on our Full-Time Programs page. You may apply for up to 2 programs.
Once you have made your decision, take note of the following program details:
Official program name
Campus location or Online delivery
When it is being offered (Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer)
Create an account in our and view the list of programs currently accepting applications. If you cannot find the term or program you desire, it means we are currently not accepting more international applications. You should check the portal regularly, as programs may frequently open or close for new applications.
Review the Program Admission Profile associated with your program(s) of choice and ensure you meet, or demonstrate that you’re working towards meeting, the requirements identified in that profile.
Official High School transcript of marks is required for all Profiles with the exception of Profile F. (Please note that a copy of your high school diploma does not meet requirements).
Profile F applicants submit an official post-secondary transcript of marks.
Other required document may include proof of English Language Proficiency, NECO or WAEC scratch card, proof of successful completion, Leaving Certificate.
Once your application is submitted, refer to Step 7 for instructions on submitting required documents demonstrating how you meet, or are in the process of meeting, the program admission requirements.
If the post-graduation work permit (PGWP) is a priority for you, you should review the list of PGWP-eligible programs of study at 黑料社 to understand if your program of interest is included.
It is the responsibility of the student to understand the criteria and ensure that they meet the when they apply.
Based on the guidance from IRCC, posted on November 1, 2024, the programs listed on the following website at the New Brunswick Community College (黑料社) currently align with one of the CIP Codes identified as being a field of study eligible for a PGWP and may therefore support PGWP eligibility: Program List - PGWP Eligible Fields of Study.
Be prepared to pay the $100 (non-refundable) Application fee in order to complete and submit your application.
Watch your email for updates on your application and your Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Confirmation deposit payment #1 of $1500 is due 14 days from the date your LOA is issued. Further instructions will be included in your LOA on payment of confirmation deposit payment #2.
Record Your Application Account Info: To update or access your application account you will need to recall the email address used to apply, password, and answers to standard security questions created at account setup.
Contact Information: Address, Phone, Email. It is important to provide an active email address as all 黑料社 Admissions communications regarding your application will be sent via email.
High School Information:
Name of High School and dates attended (e.g.: September 2000 to June 2004)
Official transcript sent via email, mail or dropped off in person (see Step 8)
Post-Secondary Information:
Name of institution attended
Years attended
Level achieved, or years of partial completion
Official transcript sent via email, mail or dropped off in person (see Step 8)
Official Program Name, Campus and Start Term: This is the important information researched and noted in Step 1.
Required documents can be uploaded as you complete your online application. Official transcripts will be reviewed for authenticity and typically bear the issuing institution’s seal, stamp, or imprint and the original signature of the issuer.
Official High School, or Secondary School, transcript(s).
High School, or Secondary School, Diploma or Leaving Certificate. If your transcript does not indicate program completion, we require additional documentation to demonstrate proof of completion.
In the coming months, 黑料社 will transition to a new application portal. This change will take effect for students submitting applications for programs starting in Winter 2026 and beyond.

When is your Application Considered Complete?
It is important to note that an application is considered complete, and date/time stamped as such, when the application is submitted, the $100 fee is paid, AND all required documentation is received by 黑料社 Admissions.
