Our Clean Technology: Solar PV Systems microcredential program is aligned with CICan’s national microcredential program, supporting shared goals while meeting the needs of our local learners and communities.

Offered by colleges and institutes across Canada, these microcredentials provide hands-on training and a recognized certification in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, positioning you for in-demand jobs in the renewable energy sector.

Thanks to Upskill Canada (powered by Palette Skills) and the Government of Canada, the program is funded for a limited time, so you’ll only need to pay a small program fee of $200 once accepted.

Upon successful completion of each microcredential in the program, you’ll receive a digital badge — a visual recognition of your achievement.

You can also stack both microcredentials to earn the Clean Technology: Solar PV Systems Electrician milestone digital badge.
